Our design inspiration comes from many things, mainly simple pattern or something that we found in our daily life. The colors are usually inspired by memorable events or things we see, a beautiful sunset, a grafitti that we found on the street, or even a bowl of food we ate in a particular morning.

    How accurate is the colour on the product photos?

    We try our best to display and describe our products in this web store as accurately as possible. Yet, the colour of actual products might be slightly different due to lighting and your devices’ screen/monitor settings.

    How to wash my Socky socks?

    All of Socky socks should be washed by the following instructions:

    • Wash inside out
    • Gentle wash at 40°C
    • Do not dry clean
    • Do not tumble dry
    • Do not bleach
    • Do not iron

    How to return or exchange my order?

    Please contact us and give us your order number, along with the item(s) that you wish to return and the reason for the return (we will try to make our products better). Next, we will give you the instruction for the return or exchange. Please do not make any returns without contacting us first, as we do not take any responsibility for any lost package. 

    All products bought from www.sockyoriginals.com will be accepted for full refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving them. All products have to be unused with labels and packaging fully intact. Shipping charge for return or exchange must be covered by customer. Please note that refund will be processed after return item(s) is received and the original shipping charge will not be reimbursed

    Are all of the products displayed on the website is available?

    All of our products displayed on the website are available unless it is stated as ‘out of stock’ on the product page. In case of miscount of the stocks on the website and the stocks in the warehouse, you will be notified and refunded for the missing item(s)

    Can I change my order or shipping address once placed?

    It is possible to change your order or shipping address before your order is shipped. We aim to make deliveries everyday at 4.00 PM, please notify us as soon as possible to make changes to your order.

    What if I received wrong or damaged product?

    Should you receive wrongly packaged or damaged item(s), please get in touch with us. We will correct our mistake and you will be provided with new products (Indonesian customers only), or a full refund (International customer).

    What courier do you use for shipping?

    All Indonesian orders will be shipped by JNE Logistic. For international, all orders will be shipped by EMS Logistic.

    How can I track my order?

    Indonesian order can be tracked through www.jne.co.id and international order can be tracked through ems.posindonesia.co.id, please insert the tracking number that has been provided to you.
